I'm new here, again! I used SparkPeople a few years ago, but this I'm sticking to it! I'm tired of being chubby and feeling unhealthy, not to mention a little ashamed and embarrassed that I let myself get to where I am. I've been trying to lose weight for the past 10-15 years and sometimes I did pretty good. I'd lose about 15-20 lbs then gain it back because I thought I could do it without tracking. I was totally wrong!
I've already lost 6lbs since I went to the dr 2 weeks ago, at least according to my scale.
I'm pretty sure I'll get help and motivation from these boards/forums that I'm looking for!
