Use it to get into teams which will allow you to create a social network group to help support your the changes you can achieve here at spark people.

Started my life change about 3/4 weeks ago. I know I have tried to do this many times before, but never could stay motivated enough . So that's something I am working on. I have to tell my self that I didn't put it on over night and its not gonna come off over night. Comments welcome. emoticon
