Take time as often as possible to participate on all the groups you have joined - lots of encouragement when you do

I started doing the SP thing two weeks ago and need to lose 20kgs. Being over 50 and suffering from fibromyalgia as well as a dicky knee doesn't help. Fortunately I have been a very keen horse rider all my life so hopefully that will help with the exercise.
