Welcome to Spark People. On your weight loss already. You are well on your way to your goal and a lot of people here are ready to help and be supportive. I find it most helpful to post blogs. You will get encouraging and supportive comments. Also it helps me to take polls, so I don't feel so alone, you can see just how many other people are like you with each one.

Hi! I'm a wife and a mom to 2 beautiful little girls and new to SparkPeople. I started the Digest Diet four weeks ago and I'm down 14 lbs. and feeling really good. I have another 40lbs. to lose and I hope to be able to do it with the support of others going through the same things.
I welcome any and all suggestions and criticisms and look forward to hearing from all of you!
