I had an account on here before but life got me sidetracked so I ended up deleting it. I'm looking for a fresh start. I am currently 178 lbs and I'm 5'2. My goal weight is 125 lbs by my birthday next September. My main challenge is emotional eating as well as being overly stressed. I am a 25 yr old single mom of an 8 yr old and I'm just looking for motivation, support and tips. Also, I have PCOS so I know this will make weight loss a little more slower but I'm willing to tackle it head on.
