Wow INANTIT29 that is crazy who knew McDonalds could help ;) lol

I have taken pictures of all the meals I have had today and it is actually really nice, I think I will continue to do it. It seems to keep me on track more cause if I know people are going to see it I don't want it to look bad lol

I have a confession... When my weight loss challenge began 3 years ago I ate a 6 piece chicken nugget kids meal pretty often. I always got chipotle sauce to dip them in (because rumor is spicy foods tend to help speed your metabolism) And I managed to lose over 60 lbs then and have successfully kept it off!

There are so many options with chicken. I like to roast a whole bird once a week. Just thaw it, rinse it, throw the innards away, rub on some olive oil and poultry seasoning and roast till done. Serve with salad.
Now for the leftovers. Cold chicken for my salads at work.
For dinner, slice up cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, onions, tomatos and drizzle with olive oil snd balsalmic vinegar and herbs and bake for 20 min at 350. Throw on left over chicken heat till hot and enjoy.
Totally yummy.

I, too, have been cooking more and more. I'm intimidated by the oven and was nervous at first. But I've found many easy recipes here on SP. I also use some from the South Beach Diet book. They have few ingredients and good instructions. The more I've tried the more excited I've become! Good luck and definitely keepmusnposted!

I to eat special K. I have the chocolate kind which is awesome for when I just need chocolate.

My problem is that I still eat like a kid, I haven't really branched out and tried anything new, That is what I am trying to do now. I need to step away from the chicken nuggets and french fries and start seeing what there is to offer :)

I myself try to keep things I really like in my meals just in moderation! I also try my best when I am hungry and it's not meal time to eat fat free or low fat things such as cram of what or low salt pretzels or even some cereal like Honey Bunches of oats or Special K with fat free milk.

So since my healthy shopping trip yesterday I have come up with all these healthy meal ideas.

I want to start putting pictures of my food in my blogs. Then I will be able to look back and see how I progress into eating new things.

I am hiding veggies in my food haha I really hate them. I am a total fruit person.

I have turkey burger, and chicken breast. If anyone knows any good meal ideas please let me know!
