Thank you for the welcome. I am trying to be accountable, I want to print out reports to take to the doctor and the nutritionist. If I track things I am more likely to watch what I eat and what I do. My pedometer steps change daily, my food changes too. I am working to a healthy me!

The doctor added a new med to my daily regimen and my blood sugar and cholesterol went up substantally. She sent me to the nutritionist and I need to eat more healthy.
I have a six year old who is on a high fat diet because she is failure to thrive. She has health concerns as well.
So here I am, working on losing weight and making food that I can add fat to for Janna, and make low fat for me.
