You should eat back within that range, especially if your tracker is set to lose 2 pounds a week. 1200 is considered an absolute bare minimum by many doctors. You don't need to eat ALL of them back though.

I believe you can do either. It's helpful if you allow yourself to eat at a little bit higher than your usual range if you're doing a really intense workout that day, or if you're doing something like hiking all day. I'm using the original tracker, myself, but I think the new tracker will be really beneficial when I am in maintenance mode.

OK..I am sure this has been asked but I can not find anything on it.

I am so confused....with the new fitness/calories tracker.

Are we supposed to eat the additional calories given? Or do we stay in the original range an not count them?
