Hi I am fairly new to Sparkpeople. I joined a couple years ago but I did not really do the program. I have re-joined at the beginning of this year. I have started exercising and even joined a challenge. I worked out everyday this week since Sunday. However, I am afraid that my weight has not moved. I will see tomorrow.
