Thanks - i needed to be reminded to keep things in perspective and try to keep a long range view - no matter how much i may be stuggling at the moment..

Hello and welcome to the Sp family....everyone will slack off every now and then the goal is to keep moving forward what works for me is to remember my "WHY" why am I here, why am I doing this...this keep me motivated and everyone's why may be different....find your Why and work from that....I'm here because I want a healthier body, mind and spirit and I'm working hard on achieving those things through Sparks....I want to live longer....I want to enjoy my kids....I want to fit comfortably into an airplane seat these are some of my whys and this keeps me moving forward even when I don't want to move at all.....Finally my most important Why is just because I'm worth it.....and so are you....

I find that i often slacken off when i am stressed and even purposely indulge to try and take my stress away - what will keep me motivated in these moments??
