I'm new to this site. I was tracking my progress on another site, until December when I fell off a curb at my child's school tearing everything in my ankle. It made me mad that I could have been silly enough to not pay attention to what I was doing and to get in such a rush. All I needed to do was stop take the two minutes and then proceed. My ankle hasn't been the same since. I did try to walk in an area close to where I live, but the hills were too much too soon. I had to start all over. But, I made the decision last week to start again. Again, I started walking the track at the school. It's flat, somewhat cushioned with the black top surface. Week one is done and I walked two miles each day. Week two has started and I've decided to add jogging the curves or jogging the straights. I measured my waist, hips, chest, biceps, thighs, and calves this week. I started a squat challenge and a crunch challenge. I'm feeling it today.
