Thanks for the responses everyone. I got started today, once again, like so many other times, starting to eat well today. To get in my 5 minimum fruits and veggies, and going to be active later on tonight. Not a real "workout" but this is a busy day, so just don't have time.
Maybe this will be the time I don't blow it. Not likely, but what the heck, it's worth a shot I guess.... Just wanted to say thanks to you all. I pray I can get it done this time!!!

Welcome to Spark! Many (most) of us are on here every day. Maybe try setting up your Spark Page and "friend" us. Then everytime you post a status, we can support you! Also, check out some SparkTeams. There are tons and you can search them by your goals, interests, etc. and join the ones that you like. Post on message boards; they are always full of support as well. Best of luck on achieving all of your goals!!! Glad to hear you have joined us!
welcome........you will find lots of support here. Check out teams that you might be interested in........use all that sparks has to offer. Good luck. keep us posted........

There are plenty of people on SP who will support you. You made the first step by coming on to SP. One thing, you should do like I did is to take baby steps, as painful and as tedious it may become, this is the only way you'll succeed. I wish you the best on your journey. Buck up, there are many wonderful people on this site. I'll check in and support you as well.

I live a very lonely life. I don't have many people in my life. I overeat regularly and for probably 20 years or more I've struggled with binging. I'm carrying at least 40 extra pounds, I hate myself and I'm tired of the struggle in trying to get some control of my eating.
So where do I find support? I can't afford a dietitian or a personal trainer. I don't have many friends... What do I do?? Help, please......
