A couple things. First, I wonder if you are eating enough. 1200 cals is minimum for healthy eating. Second, with only 15 pounds to lose, you will lose much slower than someone with 50 to lose.
Just be sure you have a good balance. Maybe try cutting out one of the diet cokes..some studies say diet soda can hinder weight loss.
Hang in, it's not a race..stay eating healthy and the results will come!!!

I had the same frustration my first couple of weeks. Just stick with it and it will come. While the number on the scale isn't where I want it, my clothes are fitting nicer and I am feeling better.

I need help because I don't understand why I am not losing weight (I've lost some, but it is way slower than it should be). I have been tracking EVERYTHING in my nutrition tracker, and I weigh and measure everything I eat. Nothing is excluded, except roughly two Diet Cokes each day (0 calories). My calories fluctuate between 1100 and 1250 each day, occasional days as high as 1350, but not higher than that. I have been exercising most days, generally 20-40 minutes of cardio. Also, I drink plenty of water - I am rarely thirsty.

I am 5'3", 32 years old, and weigh 143. My goal is to lose 15 pounds, which would put me right in the middle of the "Healthy" BMI range. According to every calculator I've found, I should be losing about 2 pounds per week, but over the past 3 weeks (since I started) I have only lost 2 pounds total. What gives?

I know people are going to say to focus on the progress and stuff like that. I am happy that I have lost some, but it is incredibly frustrating to work this hard without getting close to the results that I should be. Also, I'm eating enough to keep out of "starvation mode" - there are lots of articles out about how that's a big myth anyway, at least in this context.

I appreciate any help! Thanks, everyone!
