I have this same issue too, and I am training with a personal trainer, he said it is just working the area and jarring everything that causes the nausea. Not sure for you but he swears it will go away.

Just wondering if anyone has experienced this or if the coaches have some ideas.
When doing core exercises such as crunches on the ball, bridge-ups and bicycle crunches, I start getting nauseous about the 7th or 8th rep. I'm not doing them right after a meal, so a full stomach isn't the culprit.
