If you use the Nutrition Tracker and don't exceed the bottom line daily numbers for calories, carbs, fat, and protein, you will be at goal before Thanksgiving. Guaranteed. And you will be in size 4. Guaranteed.

Spark On!

I was having an off day feeling conflicted about how far I have come and how far I still have to go.

Then, I checked out the clearance rack at Target and tried a pair of size 8 pants just to see... They fit! It wasn't even a suck it in hope the zipper holds fit. I can honestly say I have no idea the last time I was in single digit pants. I started caring about my clothes in middle school and was wearing juniors 11s. That is my first real memory of my size and now I am healthier, smaller, and stronger than I was then. Not a bad way to finish the workweek.
