Welcome to Sparkpeople! I suggest finding at least one feature on this website that you can do on a daily basis that works for you. For some people that is making a daily status update. For others it's tracking exercise and/or food. For me my most helpful habit is to blog. I find that it's cathartic and keeps me focused on my daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
Last but not least, work on building up your Sparkpeople friends list for support. Feel free to add me as a friend :D Good luck!
Welcome! You can do this! It's hard to push through when we have physical pain in our bodies, but with support from friends, family and physicians, we can achieve our goals. Start out like you can hold out with daily exercise. This is not a race so pace yourself and start slowly and work your way up.

hello everyone.. i'm fairly new to this site and will need alot of support from you all.. it's hard for me to exercise the way i want because one of my vertebrae is cracked.. i need help staying motivated because of the constant pain.
