I am happy to say that my Whoo Hoo! moment is the same as yours. I honestly didn't see it coming until my pants literally fell off .It is a great feeling and I hope to repeat it again soon with the pants that I am now wearing which are 4 sizes smaller than the original ones. Whoo Hoo!

I donate mine to my church, and then they get sent to the Ukraine. I wish I had kept one pair of pants from when I was a size 16, as a visual reminder of how far I've come. Right now I'm in between 10 and 8. I'm starting to think about keeping one size larger than the size I end up at, because my husband and I are talking about trying to conceive next year. Although, since I've never been pregnant, I don't know if that will be helpful or if I would be better off buying maternity clothes.

It is such a great feeling to get rid of the old clothes. Congratulations!

I'm wondering what you and others here do with your clothes when they get too big? Do you give them away? Do you keep any as a reminder of your old size? I've spent years yo-yo-ing, and I have clothes in every size from 6 to 16. I am hovering around a size 10 right now, and I've slowly been getting rid of my bigger clothes, but part of me is afraid to let them all go.

So cool! Its a good thing to happen emoticon . Could you elaborate on your cycling program? Do you do outdoor cycling or inside gym bikes? Is this the spinning class seen at gyms? Thanks in advance.

Thank you all so much :) Yes, I lost more than one size - I lost 3!! I cleaned out my closets last night and got rid of my first round of fat clothes. Fortunately, I have several pairs of jeans and some shirts in my current size (18) and the next down. I don't know what I'll do when I get to 12/14!

Haha! That's awesome! I'd say you're right...time for some new pants. Maybe you're down more than one size...

I know, right? Good thing I'm here alone today at my office. I can't wear these pants anymore, I look like I'm wearing a sack.

Best part of my day? My pants falling off when I got out of my chair. Time for a smaller size. Thank you cycling, I love you.

I'll be cleaning out some stuff out of the closet tonight! emoticon
