I have chosen tracking, a 5 minute pep talk, and 10 minutes of exercise each day. These are items I struggle with and know they are key for my success. This is only my day 2 with this program. Yesterday I did not get exercise worked in, but I have a plan for it today. I plan to be successful with this. thanks for the support.

I did the same thing with my first set of Fast Break goals and had to re-evaluate. I switched to a few that were smaller steps for me and it was so worth it. By starting small, I built my confidence as I checked off each day and then it was easier to take bigger steps once I mastered the smallest ones. One day, one meal, one baby step at a time and you'll get there. Don't give up or beat yourself up about it. We are constantly faced with opportunities to make good decisions about our nutrition and fitness. You can't expect to be perfect from the beginning, if it was that easy everyone would be fit and healthy. Do your best and forget the rest! If you have a minor set back or "fall off the wagon", shake it off and go right back at it. You can do it!

If you see they are causing you to feel bad or want to give up... back off a couple and focus on one that you can master and feel good. Once you have done that you can pick up another and master it and then take off from there.

I'm starting to feel like I have bitten off more than I could chew for my fast breaks, but that's kind of what I wanted to do. I never push myself and I never fully commit. I knew that choosing these fast breaks would be hard for and that they were all something that I needed to accomplish sooner than later. I'm just going to keep taking it one day at a time and not give up on my fast breaks... I hope they will continue to motivate and encourage me to do the right thing.

It is important to remember the focus of fast break goals --
This Stage has three main purposes:

Create momentum before tackling “heavier” dieting Stages.
Build confidence and the knowledge that you can “make this dieting thing work.”
Allow you to get used to your dieting and website surroundings without pressure.

Perhaps you have bitten off too much for your fast break?

My fast break goals are kicking my butt!! I've only accomplished one so far this week and it's Wednesday. I picked three that I knew would be challenging for me but also would get me going in the right direction and motivate me... Not hitting the snooze button in the morning feels impossible each morning. Going on a walk once a day, probably isn't impossible, but it feels like it when every minute of my day is already consumed by another task... I have to get better organized and REALLY work on my time management! If I did just that one thing, I'd be able to jump on those two fast break goals if I did that one oh so simple thing!! Drinking water everyday has surprisingly been easy. Why surprisingly? Because I hate drinking water! My goal is 8 glasses a day, I bought a 24oz water bottle, if I drink that 3 times a day I've completed my daily goal plus 1! That feels good! I just want to keep that same motivation going on all my goals... Any suggestions?
