I just wanted to say that I have struggled on my weight loss journey and recently I have found something that works great for breakfast and I believe it is contributing greatly to my recent success in dropping pounds and feeling energetic. I heat up in the microwave and eat while getting ready for work.
Recipe for High Protein and Fiber Oatmeal 1 Cup Steel Cut Oats 3 Cups Water 2 Teaspoons Cinnamon 4 TBLS Flax Meal 4 Scoops Micro Pure 90 Whey Isolate Cinnabun Flavor with Stevia from Protein Factory (You can use other protein, but this mixes so well and no protein clumps exist)
Lightly Boil the Oats in Water until about 1 cup of liquid is left. Whisk in the cinnamon and flax meal thoroughly and mix in each scoop of the protein one at a time. Divide into four microwavable containers and refrigerate. When you need one in the morning pop in microwave for 1 minute.
