Everyone is affected differently, just watching portion sizes of healthy foods and exercise seem like the best solution. As we get older we just don't need as much food.

Hi ~ I'm Jacqui. I wanted to tell I know how you feel. It can be pretty rough going thru menopause because you're on an emotional roller coaster because of the fluctuations in your hormones. It's OK to vent, I've found that getting more rest and exercise helped me a lot. Also, I take HRT meds that help with the symptoms. Hang in there!
