I have been a member for sometime but never used the site regularly. Last week the GOD sent a miracle reminding me to get my act together. Life is fragile so I need to take care of the gift given. I need the experience to jump start my weight loss. I plan to buy a scale to keep me on track and plan to browse for family friendly recipes. I need to get the started so I can be an example for my family. Any suggestions are helpful.
