I started Sparking in June of 2007. By using Spark and some self discovery along the way, I'm down 50 pounds, and am holding steady at a healthy weight. Spark is a massive site, you'll be discovering new and exciting things for months to come!

Hello! Looking for a virtual workout buddy. Someone who won't let me take a rest day just because....
My main goal is to continue working out, rather than just rushing to get fit for events. Right now I'm doing well, but I don't want to stop just because I reach my goal weight. I always do that. My workout goals are to run/jog, 6 times a week, 12-18 miles. I try to do the Spartacus workout 3 times a week, and do a dedicated Ab and lower back workout twice a week in addition. When I get my running shoes on, I usually youtube a sexy bodied songstress as a reminder of the body I want. My ultimate body idol is Britney Spears VMA live performance in that nude outfit. Her abs are amazing. Her body fat must have been so low there.....that's what I am going for! BE MY FRIEND?
