We never take points away for any reason because they are motivational (we actually don't have a way to remove them). It sounds like you may have been using a different account than the one you used to post here. Is there another account that you may have been using that you can recall?

I WAS UP TO LEVEL 7 OR 8 AND HAD ALL KINDS OF BONUS POINTS. NOW THEY ARE ALL ERASED. WHY DID THEY GET ERASED. I CANT GET AN ANSWER. PLEASE PUT THEM BACK TO MY SPARK PAGE. II WORKED HARD TO GET THE LEVEL I HAD PLUS ALL THE BONUS POINTS. IT IS IMPLSSIBLE TO GET AN ANSWER AND I WOULD LIKE TO TALK TO SOMEONE BY PHONE. THIS IS DISHONESTY
