Hi there..To keep the weight off and stay slim and maintain the abs, you just keep being healthy and exercising and you will keep it off cuz i realized that after i was doing abs for a while my abs weren't as strong.. hope that helped.
hey im 14 years old and i used to be overweight and now for the past year i have only been eating healthy like whole grains, veggies, protein, etc. and now i have a 6 pick and everything my bmi is 19.6 i weigh about 118 and i am 5.5 and i am wondering how many calories i should consume now to maintain my 6 pick and stay slim and fit? can you help??
