I found a recipe for zuchini, banana, peanut butter muffins in the spark recipe sections when I was looking for zuchini recipes. I love them and they are only 53 calories each (mini) but they are sweet and gooey and really good.

--An apple and string cheese
--air popped popcorn (I make it in the microwave in a plain brown lunch sack)
--raw veggies with hummus
--hard boiled eggs
--a chocolate rice cake spread with natural peanut butter
--peanut butter banana oatmeal (make a single serving of oatmeal, stir in 2 tsp of natural peanut butter and a mashed banana). Delicious and satisfying. Sometimes, when I'm starving at 3 p.m., I'll make this and it will keep me from going off the rails!!
--frozen grapes
--fresh fruit mixed with greek yogurt
--10 raw almonds
--roasted kale
--roasted chick peas

I like 1 slice of whole grain bread (or half a slice, if I'm really low on calories) toasted, with a teaspoon or 2 of All Fruit spread. Satisfying but also sweet. If I want pure sugary goodness, I go for 2 regular sized marshmallows for just under 50 calories. :-)

How bad is the Fruit and nut bar put out by Nature Valley? They're addicting!! But they seem to satisfy my urge for sweets.

Does anyone have any good ideas or recipes for snack foods/sweets that are low calorie?
