I found a recipe for zuchini, banana, peanut butter muffins in the spark recipe sections when I was looking for zuchini recipes. I love them and they are only 53 calories each (mini) but they are sweet and gooey and really good.

--An apple and string cheese --air popped popcorn (I make it in the microwave in a plain brown lunch sack) --raw veggies with hummus --hard boiled eggs --a chocolate rice cake spread with natural peanut butter --peanut butter banana oatmeal (make a single serving of oatmeal, stir in 2 tsp of natural peanut butter and a mashed banana). Delicious and satisfying. Sometimes, when I'm starving at 3 p.m., I'll make this and it will keep me from going off the rails!! --frozen grapes --fresh fruit mixed with greek yogurt --10 raw almonds --roasted kale --roasted chick peas

1/2 cup sherbet 15 jelly beans 1 fudgescicle 1 popscicle 4 Hersey kisses 4 Three Musketteers mini bars 1 rice krispie treat 1 piece of fruit, example orange, apple or banana 1/2 of a 100 calorie sandwich round and a teaspoon of grape jelly
not sweet but savory........
cut up veggies and some fat free ranch for dipping 3 tablespoons of hummus and some carrots for dipping 1/2 of a 100 calorie sandwich round and a teaspoon of peanut butter 15 almonds a string cheese

I like 1 slice of whole grain bread (or half a slice, if I'm really low on calories) toasted, with a teaspoon or 2 of All Fruit spread. Satisfying but also sweet. If I want pure sugary goodness, I go for 2 regular sized marshmallows for just under 50 calories. :-)

How bad is the Fruit and nut bar put out by Nature Valley? They're addicting!! But they seem to satisfy my urge for sweets.
