I make jello and mix in plain greek yogurt and let it set. I can't imagine it having that much calories, but it sure is tasty. I made cherry last time.

Two things work for me..... Kosher dill pickles, 1 pickle only 20 calories or Land O Frost sliced deli ham only 50 calories for like 4 or 5 slices, this really stops the hunger pains!

Mash up 2 bananas
mix them with 1 cup of quick oats
drizzle a couple chocolate chips
bake at 375 for 15 minutes!

voila, you have delicious, healthy cookies that are great to snack on for any time of day.

3 cups of air-popped popcorn is around 99 calories and the air popped isnt loaded with butter or will be surprised how good it tastes and popcorn is loaded with vitamins and minerals and fiber. Add a little parm or romano for taste and protein or cinnamon to flavor.

Hey everyone.
I was wondering if any of you have come up with late-night snack ideas for when you want something low-calorie, aka, won't be stored up. Just something to banish your immediate hunger. I try not to eat anything within 3 hours of bedtime, but sometimes, those hunger pains just hit me. Any ideas?
