There are tons of 100 calories snacks out there, lordy!! Even 80 calorie things, in packs. So many, it is hard to choose. Go out and take a good look, or go to Costco and buy large packs of small packs, so you have them at the ready, before you check around for fattier fare.

I put a tablespoon of Adam's peanut butter in strawberry lite yogurt. It tastes like PB & J without the bread. I put the peanut butter in a tiny container and take it to work with me and mix when I'm ready to eat. A tiny bit of prep work, but worth it!

A snack size box or rasins, a single serve box of cereal that you can munch on dry, a Dole fruit cup, Dole or store brand packaged sliced apples, Special K chips, Air popped popcorn, 90 calories cereal bars, Lite yogurt, Laughing Cow Cheese or cubed cheese snacks, single serve cottage cheese-some come with fruit,
I fall back on leftovers! If it was a good choice for a meal, it's probably a good choice in between, too. For an treat, I keep sorbet on hand.

Trader Joe's has some prepackaged nuts and trail-mix blends - they're a little on the hefty side calorically speaking but they'll hold for quite a while. They also have individual packages of brie if you're getting tired of cheese sticks.
If you can store stuff in a fridge, sometime just a shot of something intensely flavored can be satisfying. If sodium isn't an issue, pickles and jarred olives are good. 2 or 3 feta-stuffed olives are 15 calories and pack a punch flavor-wise.
My personal favorite, and any one seeing you eat them will smile, is Scooby snacks (yes, as in Scooby dooby do ;-) They're little graham crackers in the shape of bones. They come both prepackaged (about 130 calories or so) or in a box if you want to package them yourself. I've found them at Target pretty consistently.

And, if you go to Costco (or know someone who does) there's a Kirkland Brand trail-mix in to-go packs. You can get a HUGE box for cheap, and there's 3 different kinds. I would honestly recommend Costco variety packs of many types - there's TONS of healthy foods there if you can take a little time to look. Just double-check package labels for sodium, that's my biggest trip-up with pre-packaged foods.

My son and I have celiac disease (the gluten allergy) so it's not easy for us to just grab snacks when we are out. This means I pack food pretty much everywhere we go.
For me what makes it easy and fast is having a small cooler handy and little ice blocks. Then I can take anything I want to grab from the fridge and not worry about it going bad. For women they have ones that look like a pretty purse at Target and Costco.
Our snacks are usually greek yogurt, string cheese, apples, oranges, clementines, baby carrots, individual portions of hummus from Costco, nuts, bananas, grapes, baked Kettle chips, gluten free pretzels, gluten free crackers.
At Smart and Final they have those little plastic cups with the lids like you get at restaurants for salad dressings. I use those for hummus, salad dressing, salsa, peanut butter, etc. to take with our snacks. It takes a second to throw some hummus into a plastic container and grab some baby carrots and some crackers.

Granola bars, greek yogurt (more protein), string cheese, a handful of cereal (special K for me), protein bars, crackers by themselves, crackers with a wedge of laughing cow cheese (only 35 cal for the cheese), almonds (they have many different flavors)...
I like 100 calorie packs of almonds (wasabi & soy is my favorire) or 100 calorie packs of beef jerky. I bought both of these from Amazon.com. Amzon has lots of choices and even if you don't want to order from them, you can get some ideas.

I buy Snyder's of Hanover 100 calorie pack mini pretzels. Crunchy and salty. Since they're already measured, it's easy not to over eat. I relish them! I also keep Campbell's individual cans of tomato juice chilled in the fridge. With a squeeze of fresh lemon, it's sweet and filling for only 30 calories.

After I workout I have a Yoplait Strawberry Greek Yogurt and a Honey & Oats Granola Bar and they are both quick and good for you! Hope that helps!
I do a trail mix I assemble myself. 1/8 cup scoop of almonds, raisins or craisins, and hershey's special dark chocolate chips. Does not seem like a lot but believe me it tames the beast.

Other than fruits & veggies, I also like to snack on cheese sticks and beef jerky. I buy a box of individual bagged portions of the jerky at Costco, but I've also portioned it out myself using my scale and baggies.
Lately I'm really into hummus. You can dip alot of different things in hummus... I know it might be some prep, but sliced bell peppers dipped in hummus is really delicious. Also, precut veggies or lowcarb/cal pita bread. The Alternative Bagel sells low carb/cal pita bread in the grocery store, along with their other low carb bagels. It's an entire round pita (about the size of your hand) for only 110 cals. Other pita bread cuts that size in half, with usually more calories.
Also, edamame is really good. You can heat it up or eat it cold, you can buy it shelled or unshelled...there are some good recipes out there for stuff to top edamame too (low fat cheese, pepper, sea salt, etc). If you don't want prep, you will probably just eat it cold, and unshelled - something you can easily pull out and munch on.
Nuts are a really good snack - you just have to watch out how much you take in, because even though they are a good source of healthy fat, they have alot of calories. So only a handful! I usually have a little handful of nuts and some lowfat cheese.
I hope that helps - my office is on a Biggest Loser diet, so we're always talking about easy, healthy snacks, so those are the ones that immediately came to my mind.
Look for some ideas on low cal treats/snacks that i can buy ready-to-go. (other then fruit and veddies). Something i can grab on the run that doenst require me to do anything but maybe open the package. Im sick of the same old things and need some new ideas.
