I love yoga, personally. But I find that it's best to warm up before doing yoga. You could march in place while doing arm movements to get your body warm.

Leslie Sansone Walk Away the Pounds....there are a few on YouTube or her website if you want to try them out. She has tons of DVDs. I do these quite often when I feel like something lower impact.

Hiya! I When muscles are sore or tight, but you want to keep going, what are some of your favorite low-impact exercises to do in the house? (it's high pollen around here, and I'm asthmatic :P)

I'm sore, but simultaneously full of energy, and missing my various workout. BUT I want to give my muscles a break from being worked too hard. Solutions? :D
