Yesterday I finished the Anti-Bloat 4 Day Jumpstart. I decided I needed some structure in my eating plan (i.e., someone telling me what to eat) because I'm less than a month from my class reunion and thought I'd try this. The cornerstone is getting monounsaturated fats into every meal, which really keeps hunger pangs at bay. I used to be one of those people that needed to eat every two hours or I'd get really shaky/light-headed. No more. My blood sugars felt stable and I didn't get hungry. I (prettymuch) faithfully followed the plan. After 4 days, I am down 2.6 lbs. and lost 1/2" off my hips & 1 inch off my waist (I didn't measure anything else first). Today, I'm starting the next phase (a 28 day plan) which is less restrictive. Let me know if you're trying this too
