I'm Winona and today is my birthday. I'm 56 and trying to lose weight to look better and to get my blood pressure and cholesterol numbers better. I am eating between 1200 and 1500 calories a day and doing a variety of exercises. Usually about 60 minutes per day. Glad to be here with you.
