Great job lady. I would say to continue on what you are doing and give it some time. It's obvious from your previous success that you know how to stick with a plan. You might still check around for all the possible NON-surgery options that has worked for folks and give them a try first. Again, great job.

I do not have any advice either, but wanted to pop in and say congratulations on this amazing achievement! Your success gives me so much inspiration! I have 60 pounds to lose to get to my ideal weight, and have only lost about 4 so far. But reading your accomplishment has been a morale booster for me!

Weigh to go!!

thanks Coach Jen. I lost it all in a 2 year period and have kept all but 2 lbs off for the last year. I hope to be able to afford some kind of plastic surgery some day for at least a tummy tuck.

Hi Janny

Depending on how long it's been since you lost the weight, some of the skin might shrink back eventually. But with a very large weight loss, excess skin is kind of inevitable. I don't have any words of advice, but I just wanted to say CONGRATULATIONS!! You should be very proud of your amazing accomplishment.

I lost 165 lbs and did it gradually and worked out from day one and really stuck to my exercise plan. I am going to be 52 in January and I still have 12 lbs to lose to get to my final weight loss goal but I still don't like what I see because my stomach is very loose and I have quite a pouch there which will never go away without surgery and my upper arms suffered as well and although I work my triceps and biceps and have from the start I have loose skin there too that will require surgery. And lastly my butt is very loose and I have walked and walked and done squats and the stair stepper and on and on. I cannot afford plastic surgery, who can? So I guess I would just like to hear from others who have this issue and how to deal with it or any advice to improve what I have to work with.
