Hi Sarah, I was actually coming on here to post a similar message, guess you beat me to it. I am new to Spark as of ten minutes ago, and think it woulf be very beneficial to have friends on here to motivate each other.
I totally understand how university and relationships can facilitate weight gain. My name is Krista and I'm 26 from Toronto, Canada. I'm aiming to lose the last 15-20 pounds depending on what makes sense for my body. I could totally use another buddy! I'll add you as a friend!

Hey everyone. I'm just getting back into spark and I'm finding it really motivating to make sure I use this site as much as possible, but I don't have many friends on here. It'd be great to make some new friends and continue this journey together. Seeing others achieve and work towards their goals is really motivating for me.
My name is Sarah and I'm 24, live in the UK and am aiming to lose 40-50lbs. I want to get healthier and get back into fitness to the point that I'll be able to take part in running races like I used to. Going to uni and settling down with my partner has effected my weight and fitness massively and it's time to sort that out.
