I'm Sav, 15 and 5'3 and I weigh 95 pounds. I used to eat so much like 2000-3000 calories a day and i switched to eating clean so I could stop gaining weight. obviously I am pretty weight conscious lol. but anyways, we have the same situation I'm pretty skinny already but i have some fat on my stomach so im trying to get rid of it and tone up :)
Well I'm Kelly(: I'm 17 5'2" and weigh around 105-107 depending on how much I eat. I'm skinny , but nowhere close to being shape. I eat fairly healthy , but I never workout. I really want to get more toned for this summer and just be healthier. I don't do much exercise , so I'm really new to all of this. I just need some motivation to help me keep going. Anyone interested?
