Seems to work best if done in 30 second increments instead of an entire minute or 1.5 minutes at a time. Microwaved eggs can get rubbery really quick if overcooked.

Oh yes definitely...all you have to do is spray the inside of a ceramic mug with some non-stick spray and pour in the desired amount of egg whites (can also be done with whole eggs) You can sprinkle in some cheese and veggies too while it's being nuked. Hungry Girl's website and books have a bunch of microwaved egg white recipes I believe. But it's very simple and quick to do. How long you have to cook the eggs for depends on the power of your microwave. Mine at home usually takes about a minute and a half, but I'm sure it cooks quicker in higher wattage microwaves.

I love the egg whites that you buy in cartons and I have to be able to take my breakfast to work on the go. I was wondering if anyone knew if these are microwaveable? I have no use of an oven or stove at work but we do have a high powered microwave any input will be helpful.
