I want to do the 30 day squat challenge because to be honest, my butt is FLAT. it's in need of some serious toning. Come on everyone do it with me!
now granted i know and i hope that you know too that just doing squats isnt going to help you properly lose weight, you need to do other exercises (especially cardio) and monitor your food and nutrition. my goal is really just to lift my butt because i don't want it to sag to the floor by the time im 45.
so if you're thinking the same, let's do this 30 squat challenge together!
