Do it! I'm on day 7.

I estimate I do only about 60% of what the people in the video do, but hey I am just starting! And wiith time I know I will get better.

I definitely feel myself toning already.

Why take the hardest workout on the market- the body gets used to this level.. emoticon There is no fire- work up to stuff and do all the moves correctly...
