MISSRUTH as far as the annoying chatter, once I am used to her routine I mute it and wearing my iPod.
I use LS dvds and like them. I haven't gotten this new one yet but my friend loves it.

While I don't have Walk it off in 30, I've got a bunch of Leslie Sansone's dvds. What I like about them is-- there aren't a bunch of complicated moves. I am a klutz. Also, while sometimes her chatter can be a bit annoying (after all, you're basically hearing the same thing over and over while you do the same dvd), she consistently says things like "just keep up with the pace of the music, it's not a lot of different steps that makes it effective". So if you're just not "getting" what she's doing.... just march in place til you feel like you can get back to whatever she's doing. And I can get in a workout without leaving the house, and it doesn't take up a lot of space to do it.
btw, there's a bunch of Leslie Sansone stuff on youtube too so if you want something a little different than the dvd you've got-- you can try something a bit different, for free.

I bought her 30 Day Walk Off dvd kit months ago and I just started using it last month. Now, I am on my 4th week exercising with Leslie Sansone! I love it because I sweat buckets doing her exercises and her moves are so easy to follow.

I just started her thirty day challenge for 2014. Is anyone else out there doing it. I just did 2 miles of a 5 mile video.
I am doing Leslie's 30 day challenge. This is my first week so I don't have actual results yet, but I have several of Leslie's video and found them to be an effective tool for weight loss. What I like about this video is the new moves and the options to increase the intensity with "boosted walking" I also like the strength training, simple but effective moves.
