If I am understanding you correctly, you want to be 15% body fat? That is a quite ambitious goal. I am aiming for 20% which would me in the athletic range for women. 25-30% for a woman and 18-24% is average for a man which would a good starting goal.

Sort of. In weight loss, you want to increase lean body mass while decreasing fat. So it might be more useful to aim for a specific body fat percentage rather than a weight.

I just got my fitness assessment at the gym and my lean body mass is 136 pounds should my goal weight be like 15 % higher then that?
