Sounds like the title of that "Plan", is untrue, like so many others turn out to be. A doctor and a dietitian who sees your sister in law face to face is a much safer way to go at this point. There are other people on the Spark site who have serious conditions, and can help each other through it by just chatting about it though.
I'm not familiar with Lean For Life as that is not part of our site. You may want to try using a search engine to find that if that is what you are looking for. Otherwise, your sister-in-law can set up a free account on here and enter her goals on here and she can use the nutrition tracker and fitness tracker to help her lose weight. Also, with her health conditions, it would really be best to discuss this with her doctor, as she may have some specific things she needs to do so she doesn't create further complications.
I would also recommend editing your post to remove your email address. Anyone with an internet connection can see it and you may get a lot of spam if you leave it up on the site.
Hello ladies, this is a strange reguest. I am trying to locate the weight loss part of the prgram. I am trying to save my sister in law. She is having heart issues, and is so over weight she is 4' 10" and weighs 360 lbs. She did this diet a long time ago, and lost so much weight. The Dr has told her she has to leaky valves to the heart, plus she has a large heart. I would so love to get a copy of this diet for her. I have lost so many realatives this last few years, if I could get this to help here. It would so make my day. I hope one of you ladies can help me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
