back in the days when I played some laser tag, I found it quite exhilarating. While I do remember it causing me some tight and sore muscles the next day, I think it was more from over stretching due to adrenalin rush. I also remember sweating quite hard, but I think that was more from the hot stuffy room than any cardio. Unless one is doing this for hours, I don't think it would count much more than gardening or housecleaning.

Agree with others not consistant cardio.. But a plus if people don't move much in daily life.. Quick track the minutes used..

I agree. It's mostly hiding with short spurts of frenetic movement. It's not really consistent, maintained elevated heart rate.

Get the minutes' credit by using the Quick Tracker to enter the time spent. Focus on "exercise" for calorie burn estimates.

I'd say either the quick tracker, or low-impact aerobics. Probably the quick tracker, since with laser tag, you're not really running or keeping your heart in the cardio range for extended periods. GReat exercise, not so much on the cardio. ;) You definitely should get credit for fitness minutes, though!

So much fun!

So today I went and played laser tag with a few friends today and it was sooooo much fun! I was seriously sweating after playing two 20 minute games. Any ideas how to track this?
