Thanks so much for your advice. I will have it checked out if it continues.

Hi Celeste,

If this is a consistent issue, it may not be a bad idea to have it checked out just to rule out any medical issues that could be causing this problem. It's not unusual for your knees to be a tad sore, but with the two together, better to be cautious.

Hello everyone,
I am a new runner. Love love love it! So I thought. I have had seven pregnancies, eight children. After my twins a couple of years ago I noticed a crunch noise in my right knee. It rarely bothers me, but when I started to run it seemed a bit sore. After doing some knee stretching exercises all seems fine.

Because of the crunch noise I got a little spooked and stopped my running program a few weeks ago. Should I see someone about this if there is no pain? Should I walk instead to keep less wear and tear off my knee? Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
