the nutrient content will be different from the green kind but the calories should be the same or at least close enough to not matter.

At my husband's request, I'm about to make a batch of kale chips (my FAVORITE afternoon snack!!) using red kale instead of green. I'm assuming it has all the benefits of regular curly kale, but with more antioxidants due to its color. Opinions?
