Your replies are excellent! I hope your surgery was successful and you are not gaining any weight. You will soon be moving! Let us know how you are doing? Good luck!

I recently had a total knee replacement. You can do upper body exercises with dumbbells, etc. and stay within your calorie range, maybe try to stay towards the lower end of it.

On Friday, February 4, I will have knee surgery and will not be able to exercise for 2 to 4 weeks. Does any one have any tips to help me prevent weight gain during this time?? Thanks.
