I also think those quizzes are graded on the law of averages. I took a few here on SP and they told me something different than what i am doing. Take them with a "grain of salt". Only you can tell if you are truly ready. If you have your mindset in the right place, you are ready to move, you are ready to adopt a healthy nutritious diet then you are ready.

Quizzes are just that; Distractions and questions. ;) it's not about what "they want to hear" it's about your attitudes and how they affect your ability to succeed.

There is no "right answer" to a quiz like that. It's all about your perceptions and ideals. If you feel you're ready, no quiz can tell you otherwise, but think about the answers you gave, and why they might have produced an answer like that. Do you want to share the answers you gave? Maybe we can talk to you about why they might flag you in that way.

Just took a quiz to see if I am ready to lose weight. It said I was almost ready, I guess because some my answers were not what they want to hear, but I was honest with myself and gave my heart felt answers and not just answer what might have been the right answer to the questions. I feel I am ready because I am being totally honest and real with myself and that's what really matters.
