take time to get to know how it works and then follow all it says as it really helps you lose the weight

I think probably the most basic thing (at least for me) is: Don't set unrealistic expectations for yourself - you didn't get to this place in your health journey overnight, and it will definitely take time for you to restore your health (via weight loss or whatever you're seeking via Spark).........take "baby steps" as needed!

Welcome and best wishes!

Just go to your start page and follow the directions.
It is just that easy.
One day at a time use the food and exercise trackers.
achieve the goals but do not forget to use the social network which includes the spark page.
Welcome to spark people.

welcome! the most important thing is to accurately track all of your food! if you need to overhaul your eating, start with small changes- and cut down portions slowly so you're not hungry all the time. once you have the tracking down, i would recommend joining some spark teams- i think they can be a really great source for motivation and support. you can totally do this! feel free to message me anytime!
