Hi Summer, and welcome to Spark. This is a great place to be for community and support. I would suggest that you select a couple of easy to reach goals to get you started right away with success, use the nutrition tracker to track ALL of your food for a while so you can get a realistic picture of your food intake, and read articles. There is soooo much information here!

This is the best place to meet with success.

Hi Everyone,

My Name is Summer. In the last few years I really let go of my health. I am ready to get back into shape. My goal this years is to lose a total of 55 pounds. Right now this seems like it's so far away, but I am going to do everything I can to get back into shape and live a happier, healthier life.
