Welcome to SP, sweetie!!!
You have come to the right place for motivation and success and for lots of great friends to journey along with you as you go down the road on your journey to a fitter, healthier you!

Check out the Sparkteams- they are a great source of information and of finding others who share your goals. Community involvement always helps- you are never alone.

Create a Sparkpage and tell us all a little about yourself! Add a blog to write down your thoughts and successes, and off you go!

There is so much here to help you on your way- start small and build- and remember- we are all with you on this journey!!!

Good luck always,

I lost 138# using Sparkpeople! You can reach your goals here. Set many smaller goals (Getting under 200#, going down 1 dress size, losing 5% of your weight, etc). The 5% loss is a great one, because it adjusts as you do and your health improves with every 5%.

never say the whole amount as it seems to large to accomplish - rather break it into 5pound goals and you cross them off as you get there - good luck
