Hello, all! I am a 39 year-old teacher, wife of a wonderful husband, and mother of twins. I am 5'5" and my current weight is 144.7 pounds. My goal is to lose 15-20 pounds. I have lost the same 15 pounds several times, but I am hopeful with the assistance of SparkPeople that I can dominate my weight loss and lose the pounds for good this time. By the way, I love the SparkPeople app - it's so handy!
