Don't quit. Most people give up and quit and never change, so don't be one of them.

one step at a time, one minute at a time, one day at a time, etc... It all adds up to a new me in the future. I do not look to my future as growing old anymore but as a better brighter life filled with vitality. Each movement I make is my body getting healthier.

If we see it as an adventure and travel towards a goal, it is less like a prize to win or lose and more like a fun trip with new sights along the way.
