I have been working out to Jillian Michaels dvd's for about two yrs. now(I'm 53) She is a very tough trainer, but her videos do have modifications for beginners. I have to tell you, I love her workouts. They are short, but powerful. My belly is flatter now than when I was in my twenties!!! You burn fat crazy fast!! The workouts are never boring and will keep you motivated. I plan on ordering Body Revolution as soon as I can. I go to the gym on some days in between the dvd training. I think you will be happy and see results quickly.

I am in week 3 of Jillian's Body Revolution and do like it so far. I am not over 50 but I am 41, so is that close enough?? I see you posted this message several weeks ago so I'm sure you have received it by now. How do you like it? Are you following the meal plan? Have you seen any results?

I am not following the meal plan but only because I have a family of 6 that I am cooking for and it is just challenging right now. We are eating extremely healthy though and trying new things, so we are headed in the right direction.

Today was day 3 of week 3 and I am down 8 pounds, so I am please with that. My clothes are starting to feel a bit looser and I REALLY like that.

Anyone out there over 50 doing Jillian Michales Body Revolution?
Just ordered mine today. I have done her DVDs before and love her but get bored doing the same one over and over, however, I did see some great results!!. I have had some major stresses in my life and have not been taking good care of myself and need to get refocused. I have about 45 pounds to loose and just can't seem to stay focused on me long enough to get the job done. I'm hoping this program's structure will give me something that I can follow...I like the fact that the workouts are just 30 minutes and you can adjust them to your level of fitness. I also think Jillian is a great motivator.
